摘　　要：文章提出了基于J2ME技术开发手机终端软件、进而利用手机GPRS功能在移动手机上实现接收实时监控报警、实时监控数据查询的实时监控方案,较详细地介绍了J2ME技术的结构及其优劣势,阐述了基于J2ME技术手机终端软件的设计方法和手机实时监控的实现方法。The paper put forward a real time monitoring scheme of developing terminal software of mobile telephone based on the technology of J2ME and realizing reception of real time monitoring alarming and inquiring of real time monitoring data by use of functions of GPRS of mobile telephone. It introduced the structure and advantages and shortcomings of the technology of J2ME and described design method of terminal software of mobile telephone based on the technology of J2ME and implementation method of realtime monitoring with mobile telephone in details.
