摘 要:通过分析研究87C196MC单片机波形发生器产生PWM脉冲及死区延时的工作机理,提出一种基于单片机死区时间调制实现DC/DC变换器PWM控制的新方法,给出了其编程设计思路和理论分析,具有占空比调整范围宽,分辨率高,程序设计简便,节省运行时间等特点。阴极防腐保护恒电位仪样机的实验证明了该方法的正确性和可行性。Through analysis and research on the working mechanism of producing PWM outputs and dead-time delay by 87C 196MC single-chip-computer's waveform generator, a novel PWM control method is presented to control the bridge DC/DC converter with regulating the dead-time. Both programming principle and theoretical analysis are expatiated. This method with high resolution and large duty-cycle regulating range is easy to program and occupy a little working time. The correctness and feasibility of the method are confirmed by experimental results on prototype of constant potential instrument for cathode anticorrosion protection.
