摘  要:在扫描电镜SEM下观察回用纤维的表面形态,发现纤维在回用过程中发生扭曲,细胞壁外层剥离。对纤维的横截面观察,则发现纤维细胞壁结构在回用中遭到严重的破坏。细胞壁初始发生分层。然后出现径向的裂隙,内部出现孔洞。细胞腔被压缩,整个纤维不再是壁腔分明的细胞。使用KAJAANI-100纤维长度测定仪进行测定得出,纸浆回用后纤维平均长度及长度分布基本不变。草浆和木浆纤维形态变化的规律基本相似。Morphological changes of wheat straw pulp fibers and softwood pulp fibers in recycling were studied with a scanning electronic microscope.The fibers were curled during recycling.The S 1 layer and the S 2 layer of the fibers were separated and the outside layers of the fibers were removed.Fissures or cracks and delaminations appeared in the radial direction of the fiber wall.The shrinkage of the fiber cavity was observed.Fiber length and its distribution did not suffer much change. The changes were similar between softwood palp fibers and wheat straw pulp fibers,it showed that wheat straw pulp did not behave any worse than wood pulp during recycling.
