摘　　要：在总结已有麦草浆碱回收工程成功经验的基础上，从提取、硅干扰、蒸发、燃烧、苛化等各方面，分析了存在的问题，并提出相应的措施，希望能对麦草浆碱回收工程的实践有所裨益。Recently more and more wheat straw pulp mills have set up alkali recovery systems in order to recover part of alkali and cut down the pollutants which are seriously concerned by government and public.However wheat straw pulping black liquor has some inherent drawbacks including high silica and polysaccharides contents therefore high viscosity and low VIE,which lead to high alkali recovery cost,low recovery rate and great difficulties in operation.The problems and its solving measures in the aspects of black liquor extraction,silica disturbance,evaporation,combustion and causticization are analyzed and discussed baesd on the existing experiences of alkali recovery of wheat straw pulping black liquor.
