摘　　要：党的十五届五中全会提出我国建设社会主义新农村的伟大任务,江苏省新农村建设取得了可喜的成绩。文章在简述以层次分析法为主要定量方法评价新农村建设的基础上,提出采用因子分析模型和聚类方法定量评价江苏省新农村建设实现程度和类型划分。On the Fifth Plenum of the 16th CPC, the new socialism village construction was put forward as a task. And Jiangsu province has achieved gratifying results on the new socialism village construction. This paper analyzes the existing relevant index system based on the theory of analytic hierarchy process, and then raises the model of factor analysis and cluster analysis to quan- titatively study the level and division types of the new socialism village construction in Jiangsu province
