摘　　要：农村公共服务从强制供给走向民主供给已是形势所趋,构建公共选择机制是实现农村公共服务民主供给的支撑。公共选择机制主要包括民主表达机制、民主理财机制和民主合作机制。但要使公共选择机制得以有效实施,必须化解农村公共服务供给管理中的功能冲突。It has been tendency that rural public service mechanism changed from constraint providing manner to democratic proving manner, and constructing public choice mechanism is the basic of carry rural public into execution democratically. Which concluding the democratic expression mechanism, democratic financing mechanism, and democratic cooperating mechanism. But if want to put public choice mechanism into practice efficaciously, it is necessary to eliminate functional conflicts of management of rural public service providing.
