摘 要:目的观察藁本醇提物对多种疼痛的影响,并探讨其可能的镇痛作用部位及作用机制。分析比较藁本醇提物与杜冷丁作用的异同点。方法通过小鼠热板法、扭体法、及小鼠光热刺激甩尾法实验,观察藁本醇提物对动物疼痛的影响。结果藁本醇提物可不同程度延长小鼠热板反应潜伏期,镇痛作用起效较慢但作用维持时间较长;明显抑制小鼠扭体反应;延长小鼠缩尾反应潜伏期。结论藁本醇提物具有镇痛作用。Objective To observe anti-nocieepfive effects of IS on several pain models. To explore its potential anti-nociceptive pain site and its possible mechanisms. To analyze and compare the similarities and differences between IS and Dolantin.Methods The anti-nociceptive pain effects of IS on animals were observed with mice hotplate test,mice writhing test,mice tail-contracting test with light-hot stimulus Results Mice hotplate latency were prolonged remarkablely. Compared with those induced by dolantin, the anti-nociception effects of IS started slowly but lasted a long time and IS exerted definite anti-nociceptive effects by inhibiting mice writhing, mice tail-contracting latency and rats tail-flicking latency. Conclusion LS would have definite anti-nociceptive.
