摘  要:设计了适合于数字X线影像仪的激光扫描光学系统。针对数字X线影像仪的使用特点,论述分析了激光扫描光学系统中的关键部件Fθ镜头、光束扩展器和扫描器,提出并解决了其中一些关键问题,如影响系统扫描光点大小的因素、扫描器的确定等。用ZEMAX光学设计软件对所设计激光光学系统的光学性能进行了模拟,得到扫描光斑直径<0.1 mm,像高和视场角满足线性关系的设计结果。像质评价分析结果表明:所设计的镜头像质优良,轴上与轴外成像质量相当,像质达到衍射极限。To meet the requirements of a Computed Radiography (CR) and to implement its functions, a high-performance laser scanning optical system was designed. A Fθ lens,an optical beam expander, and an optical scanner in the laser scanning optical system were discussed in detail. Then, some key issues of the scanning system were presented and resolved, such as the influence of the stop position on image quality, factors influencing spot size, and the determination of the form of optical scanner. Finally, the laser scanning optical system was designed using the ZEMAX software, and the design results show that the spot diameter is less than 0.1 mm, and the image height and field of view meet linear relationship. The design results indicate that on-axis and off-axis aberrations of the designed laser scanning lens are almost equal, and the image quality achieves the diffraction limit.
