摘  要:研究了用微波辐射的方法进行壳聚糖和丙烯酰胺(AM)及甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)的接枝共聚反应,讨论了反应条件与产物的接枝效果对麦草浆的增强作用的影响。最佳合成条件为:引发剂KPS浓度4mmol/L,辐射功率300W,辐射时间150s,m(壳聚糖):m(AM):m(DMC)=1:6:2,分子质量调节剂浓度为2mmol/L。当合成产物用量为0.5%时,对纸张的增强效果明显,可使纸张的裂断长和耐破指数分别提高27.0%和21.9%。The graft copolymerization of acryalmide(AM) and methyl acrylacyl oxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) onto chitosan under microwave radiation was studied. The effect of synthesis conditions on graft ratio and graft efficiency, on the strengthening efficacy of the product for wheat straw pulp was studied. The experimental results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions are the follows: the concentration of KPS is 4 retool/L, microwave radiation power is 300W, microwave radiation time is 150s, m(CS):m(AM):m(DMC)=1:6:2, the dosage of NaHSO3 is 2 mmol/L. The breaking length and burst index of the paper made of wheat straw pulp are respectively increased by 27.6% and 21.9% when the graft copolymer is applied with a dosage of 0.5 %.
