推拿三步改良法治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察和评价"解痉、调整、通络"推拿三步改良法治疗L4-5、L5-S1节段后外侧型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将345例患者随机分为手法组126例和综合组219例,分别采用"解痉、调整、通络"推拿三步改良法和常规药物和物理治疗。结果:手法组临床治愈18例,好转99例,未愈9例,有效率为92.86%;综合组临床治愈25例,好转175例,未愈19例,有效率为91.32%,两组有效率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论":解痉、调整、通络"推拿三步改良法治疗L4-5、L5￣S1节段后外侧型腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效确切。Objective： To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified three-step massage therapy, including convulsion relief, regulation and collateral unblocking, in the treatment of prolapsed lumbar intervertebral discs at L4-5 and L5-S1 segments. Methods： 345 subjects were randomized into two groups： massage group in which 126 cases were treated with modified three-step massage therapy and comprehensive group in which 219 cases were treated with routine medicines and physical therapies. Results： In massage group, 18 cases were cured, 99 cases improved and 9 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 92.86%; in comprehensive group, 25 cases were cured, 175 cases improved and 19 cases failed, and the total effective rate was 91.32%; there was no difference between the two group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion： This modified three-step massage therapy is rather effective for prolapsed lumbar intervertebral discs at L4-5 and L5-S1 segments.
