中药复方逆转肿瘤多药耐药的研究进展

摘　　要：肿瘤的多药耐药(MDR)是化疗失败的主要原因,寻找选择性的MDR逆转剂已成为肿瘤研究领域的热点。合理使用中药联合化疗药物能够逆转肿瘤多药耐药,可起到一定的减毒增效作用。因此,中药低毒、高效的独特优势特点越来越受到国内外学者的广泛关注,复方注射液、复方药物血清、复方口服液、水煎浓缩液、粉剂等新剂型的开发亦使中药的疗效和应用范围得以扩大,在逆转肿瘤多药耐药方面取得了可喜的进展。The tumor cells＇multidrug resistance （MDR） is the main reason of chemotherapy failure. So, finding the selective MDR reversal agents has become a focus in the cancer research. In the chemotherapy of tumor, proper administration of traditional Chinese drugs can reverse MDR, increase efficacy and reduce toxin, which drew the extensive attention of scholars at home and abroad. The development of new formulations of the traditional Chinese drugs, including the compound injection, compound drug serum, compound oral liquid, decoction concentrated liquid and powder etc, can improve the therapeutic effect and expand the clinical application, thus making a gratifying progress in the resistance of MDR.
