摘　　要：在城市化进程中,我国许多城市环境中一大批尚有保留价值但又不是文物遗产的旧建筑,正在或将要面临被无情地拆除。对废弃建筑进行改造更新与利用是一项迫待探讨研究的重要任务。In the urbanized advancement, in many urban environments of our country, one large quantities of old buildings that still have the retention value but they are the cultural relic inheritance, which are being or are going to be demolished. Protection and reusing of the abandoned buildings are an urgent and important task.
