丹红注射液对大鼠心肌梗死的保护作用

摘　　要：目的研究丹红注射液对大鼠急性心肌梗死的保护作用。方法通过结扎大鼠冠状动脉左前降支建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,研究不同剂量丹红注射液对急性心肌梗死的保护作用。结果丹红注射液呈剂量依赖性缩小大鼠心肌梗塞范围,减少心肌细胞内肌酸激酶(CK)和乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的释放,增强心肌凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2的表达,减少Bax表达。结论丹红注射液对大鼠急性心肌梗死有明显的保护作用。Objective To study the protective effect of Danhong injection on the acute myocardial infarction in rats. Methods Animal model of acute myocardial infarction was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery of rats, the protective effect of Danhong injection of different dosage on the animals was observed. Results Danhong injection reduced the infarct area of acute myocardial infarction by dose-dependent, decreased the release of creative kinase（CK） and lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）. It increased the expression of Bcl-2 and decreased the exprssion of Bax. Conclusion The result indicates that Danhong injection could protect the acute myocardial infarction in rats significantly.
