摘  要:通过外源海藻糖对冷胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生理的影响试验,初步探讨外源海藻糖对黄瓜抗冷性的影响。将发芽期和三叶一心期的黄瓜幼苗分别用含有0 mM1、0 mM海藻糖随1/2 Ho-agland营养液根灌3次,然后在4℃的低温下胁迫5 h,随后测定与抗冷性相关的典型生理指标。结果表明:在4℃的低温胁迫下,用10 mM海藻糖处理的不同阶段的黄瓜幼苗比0 mM海藻糖处理的黄瓜幼苗根系和叶片的MDA含量低,电导率低;叶绿素含量、POD和CAT酶的活性较高。结论:外源海藻糖处理可提高黄瓜幼苗的抗冷性。The research was done to superficially study the physiological mechanism of exogenous trehalose enhancing cold stress of cucumber. Cucumber seedlings were treated with 0 or 10 mM trehalose 3 times when they were irrigated with 1/2 Hoagland media, then they were put under low stress of 4℃ for 5 hours, the relative and main indexes about resisting cold were tested. Results showed that under cold stress ,MDA content and cell membrane relative permeability were lower ,while the activity of POD and CAT and chlorophyll content were higher in cucumber seedlings treated with 10 mM trehalose than those treated with 0 mM trehalose in the different growth periods of cucumber seedlings. Conclusion: the research revealed that external trehalose had the ability of promoting cucumber to resist cold stress.
