摘 要:为研究环境污染物重金属镉与铜在重要农业害虫东亚飞蝗(Locusta migratoria manilensis)体内的分布规律,以山西省临猗县黄河滩散居型东亚飞蝗为研究对象,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定活体东亚飞蝗不同部位镉与铜累积量。结果显示,镉与铜在不同性别东亚飞蝗不同部位的富集状况不同。镉在雄性东亚飞蝗体内的富集顺序为精巢>腹部>消化道>头>后足>胸部,在雌性东亚飞蝗体内的富集顺序为卵巢>消化道>腹部>后足>头>胸部;铜在雄性东亚飞蝗体内的富集顺序为腹部>精巢>消化道>头>后足>胸部,在雌性东亚飞蝗体内的富集顺序为腹部>卵巢>消化道>头>胸部>后足。镉与铜在东亚飞蝗不同部位的富集差异极显著(P<0.001);由T-test可知,镉在雌、雄东亚飞蝗头、胸、腹、消化道的浓度差异极显著(P<0.05),而在后足与精巢(卵巢)的富集差异不显著(P>0.05);铜在雌、雄东亚飞蝗头、腹、后足的浓度差异极显著(P<0.01),而在胸、消化道与精巢(卵巢)的富集差异不显著(P>0.05)。除精巢外,镉在雄性东亚飞蝗各部位的浓度均大于雌性,铜在雄性东亚飞蝗各部位的累积量均大于雌性。实验结果表明,雌、雄东亚飞蝗对镉、铜的富集不同,这是由镉、铜的化学性质与雌、雄东亚飞蝗生理条件不同所决定的,因此建议以东亚飞蝗为环境指示生物间接反映环境中重金属的污染状况。The oriental migratory locust,Locusta migratoria manilensis( Meyen), is a serious agricultural pest with wide distribution across the globe. In this experiment, L. m. manilensis, collected in Linyi, Shanxi Province, were chosen for determination of cadmium(Cd) and copper(Cu) concentrations in their bodies. Results show accumulation of Cd and Cu in L. m. manilensis. The concentrations of Cd and Cu are different in the different parts of the male and female insect pest. The order of Cd concentration in the male insect pest is : testis 〉 abdomen 〉 alimentary canal 〉 head 〉 hind femur 〉 thorax. For the female insect pest, Cd concentration is:ovary 〉 alimentary canal 〉 abdomen 〉 hind femur 〉 head 〉 thorax. For Cu concentration in the male insect pest,it is:abdomen 〉 testis 〉 alimentary canal 〉 head 〉 hind femur 〉 thorax. Cu concentration in the female insect pest is: abdomen 〉 ovary 〉 alimentary canal 〉 head 〉 thorax 〉 hind femur. A significant difference( P 〈 0. 001 )exists between Cd and Cu accumulation in males and females. T-test comparison of Cd accumulation between male and female pests shows a significant difference (P 〈 0.05 ) in head, thorax, abdomen, and alimentary canal, but no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) in hind femur, and spermary/ovary. There is a significant difference (P 〈 0.01 ) in head, abdomen, and hind femur, but no significant difference (P 〉 0.05 ) in thorax, alimentary canal,and spermary/ovary for Cu accumulations in the male and female pests. Cd accumulation in the head,thorax,abdomen, alimentary canal and hind femur in male pests is higher than that in females. Cu concentration in male pests is higher than that in females. L. m. manilensis is recommended an appropriate biomarker in the indication of Cd and Cu status in the environment.
