维铁缓释片质控方法的研究

摘　　要：采用高效液相色谱法测定维铁缓释片中5种水溶性维生素的含量。采用火焰原子吸收法测定维铁缓释片中Fe的含量及释放度检查。Fe、维生素C、烟酰胺、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6在本文设计的范围内线性关系良好,r均大于0.9990,平均回收率结果良好。本法线性关系和精密度均良好。该质量标准的研究有效控制了维铁缓释片的质量,结果准确、灵敏度高。A HPLC method was established for determination of the content of the water-soluble vitamins in Ferrous Sulfate and Vitamin Complex Sustained- release Tablets. A FAAS method was established for determination of the content of Fe and check of dissoluble limitation in it. The linear relations of Fe, vitamin C, nicotinamide, vitamin B1, vitamin B~ and vitamin ~ were determined with good regression coefficient and their average recovery rates were good. The established methods had good linearity and precision. It can be good used for controlling the quality of Ferrous Sulfate and Vitamin Complex Sustained-release Tablets. The methods are accurate and sensitive.
