摘 要:拼焊板方盒件成形工艺过程极其复杂并对制件的质量有重要影响,获得优化的成形工艺参数是改善制品质量的关键。CAE技术可以辅助优化工艺,但依靠设计者经验,而且经过反复试算确定的参数并不一定能满足设计要求。本文利用Taguchi方法设计了L16(43)实验矩阵,对拼焊板方盒件冲压成形过程中的最大成形深度和焊缝移动进行研究,分析工艺参数对拼焊板方盒件成形过程中成形深度和焊缝移动量的影响。结果表明:两种优化技术在拼焊板方盒件冲压成形过程中的应用都能提高其成形深度和减小焊缝移动,从而提高了制件的质量,为实际生产提供了有效的技术和方法。The forming technical process of tailor welded square boxes is very complex and affects part quality, so it is the key to obtain optimized forming processing parameter, CAE can aid engineers to optimize the process conditions, but it also depends on the experience of the designer and only the reasonable not the best process parameters can be got. An L16 (4^3 ) experimental matrix was designed based on Taguchi method to analyze the processing parameter's effect on forming depth and welding seams movement. The result shows that both of the optimization technology can enhance the depth and reduce the weld line movement, therefore improve the quality of tailor welded square boxes.
