摘 要:介绍了新型开关磁阻伺服压力机传动系统的设计方法。在总结曲柄压力机传动系统进展的基础上,提出了用开关磁阻伺服电机驱动曲柄压力机的新型设计理念,利用开关磁阻的全速降功能,用传动系统转动惯量释放的能量替代飞轮能量,取消了飞轮和离合器,建立了开关磁阻伺服压力机传动系统及其能量的设计原理与设计方法,推导出系统能量的计算公式。针对J21-200型伺服压力机,进行了系统转动惯量、电机压力行程做功能量、压力机有效能量、额定工作能量和起停时间的设计计算。结果表明,这种压力机具有结构简单、价格经济、数控伺服、节能和可靠性高等优势,将成为机械压力机的发展方向。Drive system design of new servo crank presses with switched reluctance was introduced. Based on summarizing the latest development of the drive system of crank presses, a new idea that crank presses were driven by switched reluctance driver (SRD) with servo system was put forward. The flywheel energy was replaced with the energy released by drive system rotation inertia by using the SRD full falling speed. Flywheel and clutch were cancelled. The design principle and method of drive and energy systems were set up for servo crank presses with switched reluctance. The formulas of the system energy were inferred. In view of J21 - 200 servo press, the design calculations were carried on the system rotation inertia, SRD acting energy in the pressure stroke, the useful energy, the rating work energy and the start and stop time. The conclusion is that the crank presses with switched reluctance have the advantage of simple structure, low price, numerical servo control, saving energy and higher reliability. This kind of machine is estimated to be the development direction of mechanical presses.
