散寒活血膏中桂皮醛的HPLC含量测定

摘　　要：目的:建立测定散寒活血膏中桂皮醛含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,流动相为甲醇-水(60:40),流速1.0mL·min^(-1),UV 检测波长285mn。结果:桂皮醛进样量在0.047～0.236μg之间与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系。回收率为98.5%。结论:样品分离效果好,测定结果准确、可靠,重复性好,可作为该药的含量测定方法。Objective：To establish a method for the determination of the content of cinnamaldehyde in Sanhan Huoxue plaster. Method：HPLC was used,the mobile phase was methanol -water（60： 40）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^ - 1 and the detection wavelength was 285 nm. Results： The linear range of cinnamaldehyde was 0. 047 - 0. 236 μg;the average recovery was 98.5%. Conclusion：The method has a good separation, the results are accurate and reproducible.
