摘  要:目的:采用高效液相色谱法,对鼻炎灵滴鼻液中盐酸麻黄碱、马来酸氯苯那敏进行分离和含量测定。方法:采用 ZORB—AX Extend C_(18)柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.05 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(含2%三乙胺,磷酸调 pH 至3.0)(40:60),流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长257 nm,柱温:30℃。结果:盐酸麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏浓度分别在0.210~2.096 mg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9998)和79.6~796.0μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999)范围内呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为96.2%~100.3%和97.7%~101.3%。结论:本法快速、准确、简便。Objective:To establish an HPLC method for separating and determining ephedrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate in Biyanling nasal drops simultaneously. Methods :The ZORBAX Extend C lscolumn( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm ,μm) was used, mobile phase consisted of methanol- 0. 05 mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(containing 2% triethylamine, adjusted to pH 3.0 with phosphoric acid)(40: 60) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min ^- 1, detection wavelength being 257 nm and column temperature being 30 ℃. Results: The standard curves of ephedrine hydrochloride and chlorpheniramine maleate showed good linearity over the range of 0. 210 - 2. 096 mg · mL^- 1 ( r = 0. 9998 ), 79. 6 - 796. 0 μg · mL^- 1 ( r = 0. 9999 ), respectively. The average recoveries of the method were 96. 2% - 100. 3% and 97.7% - 101.3% ,respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid, sensitive and reproducible.
