摘 要:本文介绍了新近开发的JAZ型絮凝剂对水样中活性艳蓝KN—R,直接深棕M,酸性墨水蓝G,酸性媒介藏青AGLO,直接耐晒蓝B2RL,弱酸性黄HG等代表性染料的凝集效果及其影响因素。酸性墨水蓝的脱色随pH值增加而增加,其他染料的最佳脱色区从酸性到中性。在染料起始浓度为100mg/L~500mg/L范围内,酸性媒介藏青的K值(色度降至80时絮凝剂投药量对染料的比值)为2左右,其他染料的k值在1.0以下。直接耐晒蓝和活性艳蓝配水絮凝后CODcr的去除率分别达到85%和76%,直接黑染料生产废水的CODcr去除率最高可达到50%。This paper presents the flocculations of typical dyes of reactive brilliant blue KN R,direct dark brown N,acid ink blue G,acid mordant dark blue AGLO,direct light resistant bule B2RL and weak acid yellow HG in aqueous samples by a new flocculant recently developed in our laboratory and the effects of several factors on decolorizing efficiency.Optimum pH of decolorization occurred in acid to neutral (or weak alkaline)media except acid ink blue in which the decolorization increased with increasing pH of the solution.In the range of 100mg/L ̄500mg/L of initial concentration of dyes,K values (the ratio of dosage of flocculant to dye when the ramained colority in the supernatant dropped to 80 from original level) were kept under 1.0 except acid mordant dark blue which K value was kept near 2.After flocculation,the maximum removal of CODcr were 85% and 76% respectively for direct light resistant blue and reactive brilliant blue dyes,and was 50% for the direct black dye production wastewater.
