摘  要:通过三因素四水平的正交试验对旧瓦楞纸浆中PAE/CMC二元增强系统应用条件进行了探讨。实验结果表明:在PAE用量0.9%,CMC用量0.6%,电导率1000μS/cm下,OCC浆成纸的性能指标裂断长、耐破度、环压强度均有显著改善。同时还发现,即使纤维表面上吸附了阳离子聚电解质PAE后,表面电性并没有反转也可以对阴离子聚电解CMC有吸附,对纸页也有增强作用。The applicating condition of PAE/CMC dual strengthening system to OCC pulp was studied by orthogonal experiment. The experimental results show that the physical properties of OCC sheet such as breaking length, bursting strength and ring crush compression resistence are remarkably improved under the conditions of polyamide epichlorohydrin (PAE) dosage at 0.9%, carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) dosage at 0.6% and conductivity at 1000 μs/cm. It was found that the absorption to the anionic polyelectrolyte CMC and strengthening to the sheet may occur although the surface electric property is not reversed after the fiber surface absorbs cationic polyelectrolyte PAE.
