摘  要:鼓式削片机在切削竹子时,竹子的含水率在35%左右能够获得比较高的合格率,经堆存一段时间的风干原料在切削时应添加一定比例的鲜竹混合喂料,以提高原料的平均含水率。内置筛网和飞刀的锋利程度也对细竹屑的量产生影响。切削竹子时飞刀刀刃角在26°~28°时。A high eligibility rate is reached for bamboo chips when the moisture content of bamboo is at around 35%. The fresh bamboo in a certain proportion should be added with the air-dried bamboo cut, which has been stored for a period of time in order to increase the average moisture content of the raw material. The built-in screening wire and the sharpness of rotor knives have influence on the quantity of bamboo scraps. The quality of bamboo chip can be improved as the edge angle of the knives at 26° -28°.
