县域经济发展中的“三农”问题与措施

摘　　要：中国的国情决定了农业和农村的发展事关全局,解决好"三农"问题是经济发展的基础,而"三农"问题的解决与县域经济的发展又是息息相关的。文章探析了当前县域经济发展和"三农"问题之间存在的问题,并从政治体制、城镇偏向制度安排等视角探讨了形成当前问题的主要原因,在此基础上提出了一些发展县域经济和解决"三农"问题的建议。Chinese national situation decided that the development of agriculture and rural area was a problem of managing bureau. Solving issues coneering agriculture-countryside-farmers is the base of economic development. Developing the country economy is closely linked with a solution the issues concerning agriculture-countryside-farmers. In this paper, the author study the problem between the development of country economy and the three problems of agriculture in our country, from China＇s Political Structural to System Arrangement of the towns lean , and so on. And we study the discussion of cause of formation of on current problems in china. On this basis, the article also gives relevant suggestions about developing country economy and to solve the three problems of agriculture.
