摘　　要：在对现有粗浆洗涤系统和设备深入分析和对置换洗浆过程及系统组成创新的基础上,进行了新型置换洗浆机组合方案、工作机理和主要结构的创新研究,完成了新型置换洗浆机系列的方案设计。通过对主要技术参数的评价可见,新型置换洗浆机具有生产能力大,浆料的适用范围广,黑液提取率高,节能,节水,组成的洗浆系统占地小,自动化程度高,建设投资省等优点,是一种很有发展前途的、适合现代大型制浆造纸企业使用的新型先进高效绿色制浆设备。Through deep analysis of the current course-pulp washing system and apparatus, and based on the innovation of displacement pulp-washing processing and system composition, the paper studied new type displacement pulp-washing machine combination plan, working mechanism and main structure, and completed the design of new type displacement pulp-washing mechine series plan. Appraising the main technical parameters show that the new type pulp-washing machine has following advantages .large production capacity; wide suitable scope for pulp; high black liquid extract rate; energy-saving; water-saving, less space for pulpwashing system, high automaticity less construction investment etc. It＇s a promising,new type,advanced,high efficiency ,green pulp-making equipment good for modern, large scale pulp and paper enterprises.
