摘　　要：分析了生产厚壁塑料制件的各种成型技术如气体辅助注射、微孔发泡技术的优缺点,提出了一种新型发泡技术的组成及工作原理,采用经过改进的注塑成型设备、普通模具、塑料原材料、化学发泡剂来生产厚壁塑料发泡件。该技术能提高产品设计的灵活性、改善加工效率和降低成本,产品性能可靠,成品率高。The advantage and disadvantage of the gas-assisted injection molding and microcellular foam injection molding technology was discussed. The structure and the working process of a new kind of foaming technique on injection molding was introduced. And the equipment was only improved the injection molding machine with ordinary mold and chemical agent. The application showed that it made designing on the plastic products very flexibility, the cost was lowered and the efficient was raised.
