造纸机烘缸整体有限元分析与强度评定

摘　　要：通过有限元应力分析数值计算与评定,实现造纸机烘缸的应力分析设计,同时利用AN SY S的程序设计技术对烘缸的结构进行了优化,使结构承载特性更趋于合理,为造纸机烘缸的优化设计提供了经验。Through finite element stress analysis and evaluation, this paper gives analysis design conclusion for the dryer shell. At the same time, the structure of the dryer shell is to be optimized by using ANSYS program technical. The results of optimization make the loading condition of structure more reasonable and provide more experience for dryer shell optimizing design.
