摘  要:碾压混凝土坝的薄弱面是层面,层面质量取决于层面胶砂贯入阻力值和层面间隔时间。碾压混凝土浇筑应严格控制层面直接铺筑允许间隔时间,经过多个工程试验数据分析,层面允许间隔时间是由现场实测层面胶砂贯入阻力值为5MPa所对应的历时决定的。即使按层面直接铺筑允许间隔时间浇筑的含层面碾压混凝土,层面对碾压混凝土各项性能降低的影响也是不可忽视的。碾压混凝土坝结构应力安全度评估一定要考虑层面影响系数。The weakest surface of Rolled Compacted Concrete (RCC) dam is layer surface, and the quality of layer surface is determined by resistance to penetration on surface mortar and interval time between layers. The place of RCC in situ should severely control the permissible interval time of layer for continual placing. Through analysis of testing data for many RCC dam construction projects, the permissible interval time between layers is decided by the corresponding time when the resistance to penetration is equal to 5 MPa. Even so accordance to the permissible interval time of layer to place RCC, but the RCC with layers reduces the all properties of it comparing with RCC parent, which are not negligible. Eveluating safety of structural stress for RCC dam must consisder the effective parameter of layer surface.
