药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎117例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察药油箍毒拔毒灸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)的疗效。方法选择慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者180例,随机分为两组,治疗组117例用药油箍毒拔毒灸,对照组60例口服舍尼通片。两组均治疗4周。结果治疗组有效率为88.89%;对照组为66.67%(P<0.05)。治疗组在降低患者症状积分、改善临床症状、提高生活质量、降低前列腺液中白细胞方面明显均优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论药油箍毒拔毒灸是治疗CAP的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of herbal oil moxibustion in the treatment of chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods Eighty- eight subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 117 cases were treated with herbal oil moxibustion and control group in which 60 cases were treated with Cernihon, with a course of 4 weeks. Results The total effective rate was 88.89% in treatment group and 66.67% in control group （P〈 0.05）; the clinical symptoms, quality of life and white blood cells in prostate fluid improved more significantly in treatment group than in control group. Conclusion Herbal oil moxibustion is quite effective for chronic abacterial prostatitis.
