阿胶水溶性成分HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的采用反相高效液相色谱法对阿胶水溶性成分进行了指纹图谱研究。方法选用SHIMADZU VP-ODS(4.6mmi.d.×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-H2O为流动相进行梯度洗脱;柱温25℃;分析时间为95min;检测波长205nm。结果以28个主要共有峰为评价指标,建立了阿胶水溶性成分的HPLC指纹图谱,同时标定了5个色谱峰。结论该方法操作简单,精密度、稳定性和重现性良好,为阿胶鉴别和质量控制提供了一定的依据。Objective To establish the fingerprint of the water-soluble constituents in donkey-hide glue. Methods The analysis was performed on a SHIMADZU VP-ODS column （4.6 mm i.d.×250 mm,5 μm） with acetonitrile-water （gradient elution） as mobile phase, and at a column temperature of 25℃, the analytic time was 95 min and the detection wavelength was 205 nm. Results The result showed that 28 peaks were common in different batches. The method validation met technical standard of fingerprint. Conclusion The method is stable and reliable with a good reproducibility and provides a reference standard for the identification and quality control of Donkey-hide glue.
