摘 要:研究了温度对高山红景天浸提液超滤过程的影响.对浸提液微滤后,在不同温度下进行超滤,分别用重量法、吸光度法对溶液中可溶性固形物、非水杂质、主要有效成分红景天甙和酪醇(以红景天甙计)的含量进行了分析和测定.结果表明,在40℃下进行超滤,对溶液中可溶性固形物、非水杂质的截留去除效果和主要有效成分的提纯效果较好,可溶性固形物含量由0.036 47 g/mL降低到0.011 58 g/mL,主要有效成分质量分数由4.38%提高到13.48%,过程回收率为97.63%,超滤150 min的平均透液速率为9.22 mL/min.在超滤过程中,选择合适的温度,能够有效地降低高山红景天浸提液中的可溶性固形物和非水杂质含量,使主要有效成分红景天甙和酪醇得到较好的分离和提纯.The influences of temperature on the uhrafihration process of the extraction liquid of Rhodiola sachalinensis were studied. The extraction liquid was treated by ultrafihration under different temperature conditions after microfiltration, and the contents of soluble solid materials, non-aqueous impurities and the main effective components (salidroside and p-tyrosol , of salidroside) in the extraction were analysed and measured by the methods of weighing and absorption respectively. The uhrafiltration effects were better under the temperature of 40℃ in removing the content of soluble solid materials (from 0. 036 47 to 0. 011 58 g/mL) and non-aqueous impurities, and in purifying the main effective components of the extraction liquid (from 4.38 % to 13.48 % (wt.) ) in the extraction. The recovery ratio of the process was 97.63%. The average permeation velocity was 9. 221 mL/min within 150 min of uhrafihration. The method of uhrafihration can effectively reduce the content of soluble solid materials and nonaqueous impurities in the extraction, purify and separate the main effective components better simultaneously by selecting proper operation temperature.
