摘  要:目的研究从短尾蝮蛇毒中纯化的磷脂结合抗凝蛋白(PBAP)对家兔血液流变学的影响。方法采用LBY-N6A自清洗旋转式黏度计测量家兔全血黏度、红细胞压积等指标。结果0.4 mg/kg PBAP注射于家兔耳缘静脉后显著降低低切、中切、高切变率下家兔的全血黏度,对红细胞压积也有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论短尾蝮蛇毒磷脂结合抗凝蛋白具有显著改善家兔血液流变的作用。Purpose To study the effect of Phospholipid-binding anticoagulation protein(PBAP) from Agkistrodon Halys Brevicaudus Venom on hemorrheology. Methods The rabbits were given by intravenous injection 0.2 and 0.4 mg/kg PBAP respectively. Normal saline was used as the negative control and, heparin( 100 U/ kg) was used as the positive control. Before and after lh,the whole blood viscosity, the blood plasma viscosity and the hematocrit of red blood cell were measured with LBY-N6A self erasure Rolary viscometer. Results After intravenous injection of PBAP(0.4 mg/kg)for 1 h, the whole blood viscosity of 10,50,150 (1/S)on rabbits was decreased (0.91 ± 0.31), (0.51 ± 0.11), (0.39 ± 0.08)respectively( P 〈 0.05) and the hematocrit of red blood cell of 10,50,150(I/S) on rabbits was decreased(4.00 ± 1.41 ) % ( P 〈 0.01 ), compared with control. Conclusion The PBAP was able to reduce the viscosity of whole blood and hematocfit of red blood cells in rabbits.
