摘　　要：采用肝压印片、姬姆萨染色，对昆明小鼠、ＮＩＨ小鼠、ＬＩＢＰ／１小鼠、Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠、豚鼠、金黄色地鼠、兔进行泰泽氏病原体调查，结果表明除兔以外各种动物，均发现有泰泽氏病原体感染，并以两种形式存在于肝组织中。第一种为典型毛发样杆菌，成束状排列；第二种为杆状或梭状，菌体长短粗细不一，分散于组织间。在肝压印片中也可见到菌体芽胞和游离芽胞。We have investegated the infection of Tyzzers organism(Bacillus piliforms) in Kunming mouse,NIH mouse,LIBP/1 mouse,Wistar rats,guinea pigs,golden hamsters and rabbits.The results showed that all animals except rabbits were infected with Tyzzers organism.Two forms of arrangement of the bacillus,bundles bacilli and sporadic bacilli,have been observed in liverpressed slides stained with Giemsa.Free spores and somatic spores were also seen in the fields.
