摘　　要：本文提出了浊点萃取-光度法测定防晒剂的新方法,实验优化了影响浊点萃取分离防晒剂(2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸,BP-4)的诸因素,如:溶液pH、表面活性剂浓度、平衡温度和时间等。所建立的方法用于防晒霜中BP-4的测定,结果满意。A method has been developed for the separation and determination of benzophone-4 in sunscreen by cloud point extraction combined with UV-spectrophotometry. Effects of extraction conditions such as pH, concentration of the surfactant, equilibration temperature and time, have been investigated in detail. The presented method has been successfully applied for the determination of BP-4 in sunscreen with satisfactory results.
