摘 要:在高氯酸介质中,硫酸高铈与连二亚硫酸钠可产生较弱的化学发光,西索米星能显著增强该体系化学发光强度。西索米星在一定浓度范围内,发光强度的增强与西索米星的浓度呈良好的线性关系,由此建立了一种测定西索米星的流动注射化学发光新方法。方法的检出限为0.57mg/L,线性范围为0.8~5.0mg/L,对3.0mg/L西索米星平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差为3.9%。该法已成功用于针剂中西索米星含量的测定,结果令人满意。A novel flow injection chemiluminescence (FI-CL) system for the determination of sisomicin was presented. It was based on the chemiluminescence reaction of sodium hydrosulfite with Ce(Ⅳ) in perchloric acid solution, and the emission intensity could be enhanced greatly by sisomicin. The proposed method was very sensitive, simple and quick. The chemiluminescence intensity was proportional to sisomicin concentration over the range of 0.8-55 mg/L. The detection limit was 0.57 mg/L and the relative standard deviation was 3.9% for 3.0 mg/L of sisomicin (n= 11). This method has been successfully applied to the determination of sisomicin in injections.
