摘  要:银盘水电站不仅具有对彭水电站进行反调节的作用,同时具有发电、渠化航道的功能,开发条件好,是河段规划推荐的重要开发梯级工程。根据坝址地形地质条件,考虑工程的开发任务并发挥建筑物功能的作用,结合施工导流方式,经过技术经济分析和综合比较,提出了经济合理的枢纽布置方案为:电站建筑物布置在河床靠左侧,泄洪建筑物布置在河床靠右侧,船闸在右岸。施工采取三期导流方式,导流明渠在右岸,利用导流明渠作为通航渠道。大坝采用混凝土重力坝,坝顶高程227.50 m,最大坝高78.50 m,坝顶总长600.10 m。For the functions of reregulation for Pengshui hydropower station,power generation,canalization and favourable development condition,Yinpan hydropower station is the important cascade project recommended in plan and design stage.According to topographic and geologic condition,and in the consideration of the development aims and fully playing to hydraulic structures,in the combination of construction diversion,through economic and technologic comparison,the suggested reasonable and economic layout scheme of the project is: the power station structure is on the left,the flood discharge structure is on the right and the shiplock is on the right bank,the construction diversion is conducted in 3 stages,the diversion open channel is on the right and is used as navigation channel;the dam is concrete gravity one with crest elevation of 227.5 m,the maximum dam height of 78.5 m and the total dam crest length of 600.1 m.
