冷冻干燥法制备药物敏感性试验试纸

摘　　要：药物敏感性试验是临床细菌学上经常使用的一个检测项目。药敏试纸市场上已有商品供应,但在某些特殊需要的情况下,细菌室必须自己制备一些药敏试纸。普通干燥法制出的药敏试纸常常因片间差距太大而不能使用。最近我们应用冷冻干燥技术制备药敏纸片,发现可以明显减小片间差距,达到了卫生部《全国临床检验操作规程》的要求”,方法简便,具有良好的实用性。It was found that the paper disks used in the antimicrobial susceptibility test could be prepared by natural drying at 37℃ , but the drug distribution between these disks is not so enen as determined by antimicrobial inhibitory test, thus it was difficult to fit the needs of the national standards. Alternatively, we applied the lyophilization technique to the disks preparation and 12 batches, of different antibiotic disks were made out and found that the difference between disks is reduced, and all are meet to the national requirement. It is supposed that the capillary action may play a role in the variation of drug distribution in the natural drying process, and the lyophilization process avoided the capillary action, hence the more even distributed antibiotic disks are produced- The preparation of lyophilized disks is a simple and practical method that could be used in the antimicrobial susceptibility tests in hospital.
