摘 要:目的研究葎草提取物抗结核菌活性及有效部位。方法以体外抑菌实验筛选葎草抗结核活性部位,采用试管倍比稀释法测定葎草提取物最低抑菌浓度(MIC),评价其体外抗菌活性。结果葎草的正丁醇萃取部位对结核分枝杆菌标准株H37 RV及临床分离的敏感菌株具有较明显的抗菌作用,粗提物的MIC为125μg.ml-1,高浓度1 mg.ml-1时有杀灭作用。结论葎草提取物对结核杆菌具有明显的抗菌活性,有进一步研究开发的价值。Objective To observe the activity of extracts from Humulus scandens against tuberculous bacillus and to find out the active fraction. Methods The method of bacteriostasis in vitro was used to evaluate the inhibitory effects against tuberculous bacillus of the extracts from Humulus scandens. MIC of the extracts were measured by the means of double dilution . Results The N - butanol extract had obvious antibacterial activity to H 37 RV and the sensitive strain which separated from clinic . MIC of the extract was 125 μg · ml^-1 and the high levels ( 1 mg · ml^-1 )of the extract had a killing activity. Conclusion The extracts of H. scandens have obvious antimicrobial activity in vitro. It is worthy to be studied further.
