摘 要:目的观察中药天年饮对衰老大鼠不同脑区兴奋性氨基酸谷氨酸(Glu)和天门冬氨酸(Asp)含量的影响。方法40只SD大鼠随机分为4组,正常组、衰老模型组、天年饮用药组、阴性对照组,每组均为10只。D-半乳糖连续腹腔注射制作亚急性衰老的大鼠模型。采用高效毛细管电泳法检测各组大鼠大脑皮质、海马、下丘脑Glu和Asp的含量。结果衰老大鼠皮质、海马、下丘脑Glu,Asp的含量明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);中药天年饮可明显降低衰老大鼠各脑区Glu,Asp的含量(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论中药天年饮可改善衰老大鼠脑氨基酸类神经递质的代谢,具有延缓脑老化的作用。Objective To observe the effects of traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin on excitatory amino acids (EAA) contents in brain of aged rats. Methods 40 SD rats were divided into 4 groups at random: normal group, aging model group, Tiannianyin group and negative control group , and each group had 10 rats. The sub - acute aging model rats were made by injecting D -gal into abdominal cavity continually. High performance capillary electropheresis (HPCE) was used to detect the contents of glutamic acid ( Glu ) and aspartic acid ( Asp ) in cerebral cortex, hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats in each group . Results The Glu and Asp contents in cerebral cortex , hippocampus and hypothalamus of rats in aging model group increased sig nificantly ( compared with normal rats P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0, 05 ) . Traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin could decrease the Gluand Asp contents in different brain regions of aged rats obviously ( Tiannianyin group compared with aging model group : P 〈 0.01, P 〈0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Tiannianyin can improve the metabolism of amino acids in brain of aged rats , and has the effects of delaying brain aging .
