摘　　要：采用复合果胶酶KDN-T02对毛巾进行中性酶精练,探讨了工艺参数对精练效果的影响。在pH值7、时间60min、温度50～55℃、KDN-T02用量为20g/L的最佳工艺条件下处理毛巾,其毛效、失重率等指标均优于传统碱法工艺,且有利于环境保护。Scouring of towel is carried out with KDN-T02 substituting alkali scouring. The factors affecting pretreatment effect such as pH value, time, temperature and concentration of KDN-T02 were studied. The optimum process condition was as follows： pH value 7, time 60 min,temperature 50℃-55℃ and KDN-T02 20 g/L. The capillary effect and the weight loss rate are better than conventional method.
