中药对恶性肿瘤化疗减毒作用的研究进展

摘　　要：化疗是治疗恶性肿瘤主要手段,但因其毒副作用较大,影响患者生活质量和治疗疗程的正常实施。近年来中药配合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤的研究进展提示,中药与化疗同用可降低各种毒副作用,改善患者生活质量,提高化疗的疗效。该文查阅近5年的有关文献,从化疗患者的中医证候、辨证分型、治疗原则、临床和实验研究方面进行综述。The chemotherapy is the main method to treat the malignant tumour, but the quality of chemotherapy life in patients and the regular implementation of the treatment course are affected by its strong side - effects. In recent years the advanced research on the chemotherapy combining with traditional Chinese medicine to treat the malignancy suggests that the chemotherapy combining with traditional Chinese medicine is able to reduce consulted side -effects of the chemotherapy, improve the quality of life, enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy. This article consulted the related literatures which was published in the past 5 years, making the summary of the chemotherapy patients＇ traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, dialectical divides, the principle of treatment, clinic and experimental research.
