摘  要:采用CFD计算软件FLUENT,对开关磁阻电动机进行了流场的2D、3D分析。在流场分析的基础上,经过处理得到风摩损耗。计算结果发现壁面粗糙度对流场计算有重要影响。计算结果和实验数据非常接近,验证了通过流场分析计算风摩损耗的可行性,为开关磁阻电动机设计阶段风摩损耗大小的确定以及效率计算提供了参考。In this paper, the flow field of air in switched reluctance motor was simulated by a series of two - and three -dimensional computational fluid dynamic calculations using a popular computational fluid dynamics package ( FLUENT 6. 1 ). Aerodynamic losses can also be calculated by processing the simulation results. The results showed that roughness had great effect on flow field simulation. The simulation results were supported by experiment data, so feasibility of aerodynamic losses calculation by flow field analysis was verified. This can be helpful to aerodynamic losses calculation and efficiency calculation in the design of switched reluctance motors.
