摘 要:在煤粉稳燃燃烧器的研制过程中,提出了一种新的煤粉燃烧器的着火稳燃机理:通过组织煤粉气流的浓淡分离及浓(小)股煤粉气流的急拐弯,让气粉分离;煤粉射入高温回流区,在这里滞止增浓,升温着火,形成小火焰,并点燃一次风煤粉火焰,即小火点大火的机理.以此为指导,成功地开发了富集型燃烧器及多重富集型燃烧器,并在100~200MW机组上得到广泛应用.此外,还介绍了在合山电厂中的实际应用情况.In the process of developing pulverized coal burner for stabilization, a new igniting and flame stabilizing mechanism of pulverized coal burner is proposed. A dense pulverized coal flow is formed due to a rapid turn which separated the coal powder from the air flow. The separated coal powder moves forward into a high temperature back-flow zone and then stagnates at the high temperature area. The temperature of the coal powder is increased immediately. When the temperature reaches the igniting point, a small stabilized flame is formed and ignites the whole pulverized coal in the primary air flow. According to this theory, the concentrated pulverized burner and multi-concentrated pulverized burner are developed successfully, which are widely applied in the power plants with capacity range from 100 MW to 200 MW. The application practice in Heshan Power Plant is introduced specially.
