摘　　要：深圳经济特区建立28年来,在经济快速发展的同时,文化也超常发展,塑造了全新的城市文化形象,实现了从所谓的"文化沙漠"到名副其实的"文化绿洲"的历史巨变,其根本原因在于深圳的文化发展理念与时俱进,不断更新,既符合深圳实际,又具有超前意识和创新特色,开辟了一条特区新兴城市文化发展的新路径。回顾、反思深圳文化发展理念的历史沿革,有助于我们深刻认识深圳特区的文化创新功能和文化示范作用。Over the 28 years since the establishment of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the culture of the city has been developing extraordinarily along with the rapid development of its economy so that a brand-new urban image of culture has been modeled and a historical change has come true from the so-called ＂desert of culture＂ to a bona-fide ＂oasis of culture＂. The basic reason for this change is that the ideas of its cultural development are both in line with Shenzhen＇s reality and are featured with their fore-sight and innovative sense as they keep up-dated by going along with the times so that a new route of the cultural development of a newly- booming city in the Special Economic Zone has been blazed. Reviewing of and reflections on the historical evolution of the ideas of Shenzhen＇s cultural development are beneficial to our in-depth understanding of the function of innovating and the role of cultural example-setting in this zone of Shenzhen.
