摘 要:采用自准直法测量了在30℃~170℃范围内,0.473 μm、0.632 8 μm、1.064 0 μm、1.338 μm等波长下LYB晶体的主轴折射率,得到Sellmeier方程并计算了1.319 μm下该晶体的主轴折射率,与实验测量的结果进行了比较,两者之间的吻合性较好.测量结果表明,该晶体具有较低的折射率以及折射率随温度变化小,热稳定性较好.The precise refractive indices of LYB crystal are measured by auto-collimation method at the wavelengths of 0. 473,0. 632 8,1. 064 0 and 1. 338 μm under the temperature range from 30℃ to 170℃. The Sellmeier-equations at different temperatures have been obtained base on the data. In order to check their reliability,the refractive indices of 1. 319μm in different temperatures are calculated by the Sellmeier-equations and compared with the measured values. The comparison shows the refractive indices calculated are fit well with the measured ones. The result shows that the crystal's thermal stability is good because its refractive indices is relatively low and the refractive deviation by temperature changes is weak.
