摘　　要：作为湘军崛起过程中的关键人物之一,骆秉章在清朝咸丰、同治年间因其对当时全国重要省份湖南、四川的有力经营,以及他与许多重要官员之间的人脉关系,成为咸同政局中一位很有影响力的封疆大吏。As a key figure in the emergence of the Hunan military forces, LUO Bing-zhang played a significant role in the management of Hunan and Sichuan Provinces and, because of his intimate personal relations in the government agencies, exerted a great influence upon the political life of the Qing Dynasty during the reign of Xianfeng and Tongzhi.
