摘　　要：之所以出现非主体民族的长期存在现象,并不是因为他们保持了自己具体的文化特征,而在于他们在对变动中的环境作出适应的过程里强化了社会分界意识,特别是本民族的心理认同。非主体民族强大的心理认同保持能力体现在独特的认知方式、思维方式,族群文化的同一性、家族宗族宗教信仰和仪式观念、文化调适能力、抵御同化的潜意识力量,风俗习惯及文化的向心模式、群体模式、生态模式等多个方面。The paper holds that the long-term existence of the non-dominant ethnic groups in the context of a dominant culture is due to their psychological identity assimilation rather than their efforts to maintain their own culture. This identity assimilation manifests itself in such aspects as cognizance, thinking style, and communal ethnicity, and particularly their religions and social customs.
