摘  要:以铬天青S为显色剂,采用萘相分光光度法测定原油中微量铜,并考察了样品灰化和测定条件。在650℃将样品灰化4.5h以上,用HNO3溶解灰分中的铜,使干扰离子与铜分离。在650nm波长处的表观摩尔吸光系数ε=7.93×10^4L·moL^-1·cm^-1,25mL溶液中其线性范围为0~8μg。原油测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.90%,回收率为99.83%。In this paper, naphthalene phase spectrophotometric method was used to determine copper in crude oil samples with chrome azure S(CAS) as chromatogenic agent. Ashing time and measuring conditions were studied. The samples were ashed for more than 4.5 h, and dissolved with HNO3 to seperate copper from interfering.ions. The apparent molar absorptivity ε610nm is 7.93 ×10^4L·moL^-1·cm^-1. The linear range is 0-8 μg . The proposed method has been applied to the determination of copper in crude oil sample with the relative standard deviation of 1.90% and the recovery of 99.83%.
