摘　　要：为了将变频器接入PROFIBUS总线,实现现场总线的运动控制,采用模块化的设计思想,为所开发的永磁同步电动机数字交流伺服控制器设计开发了高速智能PROFIBUS DP通信接口。该模块采用西门子专用协议芯片SPC3实现PROFIBUS DP主从站之间的串行数据通讯,由双口RAM实现模块与智能控制器之间的高速并行数据通信。实验结果表明,运用该模块可使变频控制器作为从站接入PROFIBUS DP总线,实现了与主站可靠、高速的通信,而且通用性较好。To connect converter to PROFIBUS, achieving motion control via fieldbus, by using modular design concept, a high-speed and intelligent PROFIBUS-DP communication interface board was designed and developed for the controller of a PMSM. In this board, a SIEMENS protocol chip SPC3 is adopted for high-speed serial data communication between PROFIBUS-DP master and slave stations. And a DPRAM is used for parallel data exchange between the modular and the intelligent controller. It is proved that the converter with this board can connect to PROFIBUS-DP as a slave station and achieve reliable high-speed communication with master stations.
