棉纺重定量高效工艺的思考

摘　　要：探讨了在普通梳棉机上实现重定量纺纱工艺的可能性,认为从产量、质量两方面考虑,为实现重定量纺纱,必须对普通梳棉机进行部分调整,而且高效工艺必须与传统工艺相结合,企业的精细化管理是实现高效工艺的基础。The possibility to realize a heavy set weight spinning process by use of traditional earding machine is diseussed in this artiele. It holds that part of traditional earding machine has to be readjusted in addition to the well eombination of high effective spinning process with traditional spinning process ff want to realize a heavy set weight spinning, and enterprise＇s fine managemem is the foundation in realizing high effective spinning process.
